Sessions are 50 minutes and held virtually, making it easy to meet from anywhere in Ontario. The fee is $150 per session, with a limited number of sliding scale spots available for those with financial need.
Payment can be made by credit card or e-transfer through OWL. After your appointment, you’ll receive an invoice, and once payment is recorded, you’ll also receive a receipt. Many extended health plans cover psychotherapy, but coverage varies, so it’s a good idea to check with your provider ahead of time
